Pump up those tyres! According to a new study, dusting off your bicycle and cycling to work could be just as effective as putting in the hours at the gym.

A study showed 130 people found pedalling to work burned off as many calories and achieved close to the same weight loss as regular sessions of high-intensity exercise.
