Our flavoursome fakeaway is two curry house favourites in one and stars chunks of spiced chicken, red onion and red peppers in a medium-hot tomato sauce.

Cauliflower and chickpea dhal
With chickpeas, tandoori cauliflower, sweet potato and aromatic mustard seeds, this mildly spiced dish is delicious as a main or side.
