Slimming World Diwali recipes
Paneer and pepper shashlik
Although the word shashlik is actually Russian, skewers loaded with chunks of marinated food are enjoyed across Asia. Every country and region has its own delicious way of preparing them – Indian versions are sumptuously spiced!
Aubergine and pepper balti
Some say balti is Britain’s very own contribution to the world of curry – while others say it actually comes from Pakistan or northern India. Either way, we think this spice-fest is simply balti-ful!
To everyone celebrating, we’re wishing you a very Happy Diwali and a prosperous and joyful New Year!
