As part of Slimming World’s Summer of Love, we’re inviting all our members to complete an extra-special set of goals and activities. Every day this month, Slimming World Consultants will be sharing a taste of the fun, freedom and friendship that you’ll find in our groups, through a series of exciting daily challenges. With plenty of food and move-more inspiration, plus ideas to help you stay motivated through the holidays, taking part will help keep you slimming all the way to September.
Here’s how to take part in Slimming World’s Summer of Love challenge:
- Join your nearest group (if you’re already a member, that’s step 1 completed!).
- Have fun taking on the daily challenges shared by your Consultant.
- Record your completed challenges on our Summer of Love calendar, using the emoji key below (you’ll find the calendar on Instagram, which you can save and add your emojis to).
Current Slimming World members who bring a friend along to group before 28th August 2021, will get a week FREE and be entered into a prize draw to win up to £250/€315! So, if you know someone who’s thinking about starting their slimming journey, buddy up, complete the challenge together and be in with a chance to win!

👣 Love getting active
Slimming World’s Body Magic programme is designed to help you get moving more, one step at a time. Put this into practice, literally, and head out for a walk. Whether it’s city sightseeing, countryside exploring, taking a turn around the block or your local park, walking is free, easy and a great way to start adding more activity to your week.

😎 Love having some me time
A summer of fun can be amazing – and it can also be exhausting! We all deserve some time to recharge every now and then, and it’s doubly important when life gets extra busy. So be sure to squeeze in plenty of rest and relaxation this summer, perhaps with a soak in a bubble bath, a potter in the garden or a catch-up with a friend.
