Is there anything better than warm soup on a chilly day? This tomato soup is a cold-weather classic, and it’s so easy to make… simply simmer everything together and blitz until smooth.
There are a few ingredients that might surprise you, but the rich, tangy flavour of the end result will bowl you over. Trust us!
Slimming World tomato soup recipe

What you need:
2 carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
½ x 400g can haricot beans, drained and rinsed
6 pickled silverskin onions
600ml vegetable stock, suitable for vegans
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, or Henderson’s relish to make it vegetarian/vegan
1 level tsp sweetener granules
What you do:
1. Put all the ingredients in a large non-stick saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the carrots are soft.
2. Remove from the heat and blitz until smooth with a stick blender (or use a food processor and return to the pan). Season to taste and divide between 4 bowls.
