What is Race for Life?
If you’ve never taken part before, the aim is to run, walk or jog a distance of 3, 5 or 10K (decked out in pink if you like!), to raise money for research into cancer.
At Slimming World, we believe that exercise is for everyone, and we’ll support you on your journey to becoming more active – no matter your fitness level or lifestyle. Race for Life is a brilliant event for our members to sign up for, as you can go at a pace to suit you!

Exclusive 10-week running plan
If you do fancy running the event, Slimming World members get access to a 10-week training guide to help prepare. This step by step plan will gradually build your confidence and stamina, until you’re able to run/walk for 40 minutes – perfect for the 5k Race for Life!
