What is Speed Food on Slimming World?

There are dozens of delicious Speed Foods to choose from – and including them as part of your meals is a great way to boost your weight loss and your fruit and veg intake.
When you become a Slimming World member, you’ll find out more about super-slimming Speed Foods, and how to include them in your meals for maximum effect. Speed Free Foods are easy to spot as they have a Speed symbol (‘S’) in the Food Optimising book, which you’ll receive on day one. How does Slimming World work?
The best way to discover the flexibility of our easy-to-follow Food Optimising plan is to go along to your local group. During the first half hour, your Consultant will talk you through Food Optimising – including Free Foods, Speed Free Foods, Healthy Extras and Syns – so you’ll have all the information you need to get off to a great slimming start.
You’ll then build on this knowledge and soak up ongoing support in the weekly group sessions, which are full of real people sharing their real experiences, recipes, ideas and strategies.
