The Slimming World plan is great for vegetarians, as we have meat replacements including plain Quorn, seitan, soya and tofu on the Free Food list (which means no weighing, measuring or counting). Add eggs, beans, peas and lentils, pasta, potatoes, rice and a rainbow of fruit and veg, and you’ve got a fantastic variety of healthy vegetarian recipes to choose from.
