All you have to do is find the post on our Facebook, Instagram or TikTok channel. Once you’re there here’s all you need to do to enter: 

Facebook: Like and share the post, follow Slimming World, tag a friend in the comments.

SLIMMING WORLD’S SLIMMING WORLD KITCHEN SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. The competition 

1. Slimming World is running a social media competition to win one of ten Slimming World Kitchen recipe boxes. 

2. Winning entries will be chosen by Slimming World at random 

3. Further important details of how to enter, eligibility, the prize, and other information relating to the competition are dealt with below. 

4. In order to be eligible to win a prize, you need to follow the Slimming World social account, ‘like’ the content and share on your own page via Facebook feed, Instagram Stories or TikTok’s repost feature. Each entry detail is explained in the Facebook, Instagram and TikTok post.  

5. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

2. How to enter 

1. To enter the competition you follow the guidelines on each channel:  
   Facebook: Like and share the post, following Slimming World, comment on the post. 
   Instagram: Like the post and share to Stories, following Slimming World, comment below. 
   TikTok: Like and share the post using the repost feature, and follow Slimming World.  

2. The competition will run from 10am 20^th September to 10am 27^th September (one week). All competition entries made after this date and time will be disqualified. 

3. 10 winners will be chosen in total, at random (4 winners on Facebook, 4 winners on Instagram, 2 winners on TikTok). Winners will be notified on the relevant channel – more details below.  

3. Eligibility 

1. The competition is open to all members and non-members of the general public who are UK and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over. 

2. Slimming World employees and Slimming World Consultants are not eligible to enter. 

4. The prize 

1. The winners’ prizes will be: 
   1 x Slimming World Kitchen recipe box. The winner can choose up to four recipes to feed two or four people 

2. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize. Slimming World reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. 

3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. 

4. In order to claim the prize you must respond to Slimming World’s private message or reply on the relevant social media channel that was used in the relevant entry within 21 days, and follow up with a private message on that relevant channel stating your full name, age, email and residential address.  

5. Winners announcement 

1. It is intended that the winners of the competition will be notified between 30^th September – 4^th November 2024. 

2. The decision of Slimming World is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 

6. Claiming the prize 

1. The winners must allow 30 days from when they submit their email address for delivery of the prize. 

2. Slimming World shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by any event(s) outside of its control.  

3. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winners’ behalf. 

4. Slimming World will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If the winners cannot be contacted, are not available, do not accept these terms and conditions or are uncooperative with Slimming World in relation to the competition, or have not claimed their prize within 30 days of the announcement date, Slimming World reserves the right to offer the prize to any eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the closing date or forfeit the prize. 

7. Limitation of liability 

1. In so far as is permitted by law, Slimming World, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Slimming World, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

8. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights 

1. You agree that Slimming World may, but is not required to, make your photograph or any statement made by you in your entry to the competition available on its website, on its Facebook, Twitter or Instagram page or on any other media in connection with any publicity of the competition or Slimming World’s business more generally. 

9. Data protection and publicity 

1. We take Data Protection and Confidentiality seriously.   

2. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used by Slimming World or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition and for any other purpose anticipated or envisaged by these terms.  

3. If you are a winner of the competition, you agree that Slimming World may use name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winners of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. 

4. If your entry includes images of you or others then you consent and/or you agree that you have obtained consent for the images to be used for the purposes in paragraph 9.3 or for any other purposes related or connected to the competition. 

5. Any information which we obtain from you as a result of your entry into this prize draw will be dealt with in accordance with our Data Protection Policy which can be viewed at the following link http://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/information/privacypolicy.aspx   

6. The competition entry will be held on our secure servers at our Head Office located within the UK.  

7. All unsuccessful competition entries will be destroyed within 12 months of the competition closing date. 

10. General and definitions 

1. References in these terms and conditions to “Slimming World” are to the promoter of the competition which is Bramwell Executive Services Limited, trading as Slimming World®, registered company number 01242071 whose registered address is Clover Nook Road, Somercotes, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 4FR. 

2. References in these terms and conditions to “you” or “your” are to the entrant of the competition. 

3. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Slimming World may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the competition. 

4. Slimming World reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so. 

5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
