I joined Slimming World over 10 years ago because I didn't want to go up another dress size. I was finding it difficult to find clothes and I was feeling really unfit. I have been to a number of groups over the years and lost four stone before having my two children. I know what it's like being the new member. I always came back to Slimming World, not only can I feed my family healthy meals but it creates good habits for my children too. After having my second child I decided to become a Slimming World Consultant so that I could help others lose weight too. I have supportive groups and I would love you to come along and join us.
