Sue at St Pauls Church Hall

Hiya, my name is Sue and I have lost 2 and a half stone by eating healthily and not depriving myself of anything. I run 2 very lovely groups which will help and inspire you. We're very friendly and welcoming. Staying to group is really great to give you many food ideas and tips to get you through all the events life throws at us. We all struggle at times and it's the power of the group that gets us through those sticky times and helps keep us on track. I look forward to welcoming you into the family you have yet to meet.
