I originally joined Slimming World after having my second baby and I was feeling really unhappy with myself, not knowing how I could lose the weight all alone, I decide I needed something more! Walking through the door for the first time I was terrified, but it was honestly the best thing I have ever done - the Group made me feel welcome and my confidence grew each and every week.
