Welcome to our group! I know I'm biased, but we have an amazing group here, full of friendly, supportive members who would love to welcome you! We swap recipes, hints and tips and lend an ear when you're having a wobble! I joined Slimming World because I wanted to set a positive example to my teenage girls. I love how we can all sit down to a healthy meal that are easy to cook and cheap to make! Since losing 6½ stone, I knew I wanted to help others achieve their goal, too.
