I’ve lost over 3½ stones with Slimming World and it’s changed my life! It’s been amazing! My health has improved, I've built activity into my life while working on breaking the habits so I lose weight for life! I’m now the mam - and also now a nana - that I’ve always wanted to be. I’ve been a Consultant for over 22 years and run six sessions a week. It's job satisfaction like no other, seeing people changing their lives every week and I want every single person who’s ever felt unhappy about their weight to become the person they’ve always dreamt of being.
