When I was pregnant, I excitedly went along to my first scan and the photos were blurry and unclear. I looked through my hospital notes when I got home and discovered it was due to my size! I decided to do something about it and I joined my local Slimming World. I loved Food Optimising while I was pregnant and found that I could fill up on unlimited Free Food and never go hungry! My midwife was really proud that I lost 1st 6lbs before I gave birth and continued to lose over 4 stones in total after the birth. I had a much easier, heather pregnancy than I’d had in the past.
