I know exactly how it feels to walk into a Slimming World group as I have been in exactly the same place you are. In September 2014 I walked into a group for the first time, weighing 5 stones heavier than I do now. After losing the weight I have more energy, more zest for life and enjoy choosing clothes that suit me (not just whatever fits). I decided to become a Slimming World Consultant two years later to help people the way that Slimming World helped me. However long your journey may be, I am here to help you.
