I joined Slimming World after seeing a photo of me taken at my twins 18th birthday party. I didn't realise I’d let my weight get so out of hand! I plucked up courage and went along to my local group, where there was a warm welcome and plenty of support waiting to greet me. I lost an incredible 3st 7Ibs in just over a year with the Food Optimising plan, which is brilliant as I can eat so much and it fits in with my family life. I now run two great groups with lovely members who are all there to help each other, and we’ll help you if you just pop along and see us! This could be the best thing you ever do.
