My Slimming World journey started in January 2014. I had been diagnosed with severe endometriosis which was preventing me from getting pregnant again. I needed surgery but because of my weight the hospital wouldn't operate until I had started to lose weight. I have lost 5.5 stone in total. Had my surgery and now have 2 gorgeous boys. Slimming World changed my life and gave me the family I was so desperate for. I totally understand what it feels like to need to lose weight and also how hard it can be. My Group is such a lovely and welcoming Group. A bit mad at times, but always full of laughter and support. We are a family and new members are welcomed with open arms.
