When I joined my local Slimming World group to lose weight, I had no idea I’d be so inspired by the help I was given and by Food Optimising that I’d train to become a Consultant myself and find my dream job! I love that it never feels like I'm dieting, and how I can make tasty, filling meals which the whole family can enjoy. Seeing my members lose weight and change their lives every week is the best feeling – I love to see people's faces light up when they get a great result on the scales!
