Joining Slimming World a week after my 16th birthday opened up a world of opportunity for me. Not only did it help me achieve my weight loss dreams, it gave me a superpower – the self-confidence to know that I can tackle anything. You can too, you just have to dream! Seventeen years on (I know, right!), Iʼm now a trained Consultant, because I passionately believe in the Food Optimising plan and in the magic of going to group, and I feel privileged to play a part in other peopleʼs slimming journeys. Iʼve had my bumps in the road over the years but one thing has remained true – Slimming World and the plan has never let me down.
