I joined Slimming in 2015 to support a friend who was losing weight for her wedding. I knew I had gained weight after having 4 children but wasn’t prepared for my weighin result. The Consultant was amazing, helping me feel ready to leave the group knowing I could do something about it. I never looked back. After losing 6 stone I realised how important having the right help and support is essential to a slimmer's success. After moving to York I finally had the circumstances to pursue this opportunity and now find myself fulfilling that old saying: “Do a job you love and you’ll never work a day of your life!” In my groups you will find successful slimmers who care and support each other all the way to their personal target.
