I joined Slimming World in 1997. What attracted me was the FOOD but once I was in the Group I was hooked , the buzz, the support the Consultant - I LOVED IT - and in Jan 1998 I opened my first group, I'm now coming up to my 25 year anniversary and Slimming World just gets better. I love to see members change , have more confidence, become diabetic-free , more mobile...happier. We focus not just on food changes but long-term behavoural change and mental health. Help for families, women going through the menopause, any dietary requirement can be fulfilled too. Join us , be supported by us and change your life too...because you can. Gill xxxx
