I yo-yo dieted through most of my life, regularly falling off the diet wagon, ending up bigger, heavier than before. I was disgusted after seeing a photo of me in December 2019. That was it I wasn't going to be fat at 50! So I joined Slimming World in February 2020. Six weeks into my journey lockdown happened! Boom! But with the support of other members on Zoom, I stayed on plan, eating fantastic meals. You wouldn't have believed it possible if you'd have seen my plate! I hit my 50th and I WAS slim at 50. In fact I'd lost 6 stone. I continue my journey, and still take a regular seat in IMAGE Therapy helping me maintain my weight loss. It was then I decided I wanted to be a Slimming World Consultant.
