Macala at Alton Maltings Centre

My nameʼs Macala and Iʼm married with two children. Shortly after my 50th birthday, l was invited to go for a routine check-up at my GP surgery, and was horrified to be told I was diabetic. After attending an NHS diabetes course, I realised that the food I was being advised to eat was basically the same as the Slimming World plan, so I signed up to a local group in Alton. The weight came off so quickly, I could hardly believe it! After five months, Iʼd lost 2st. Slimming World changed my life, and I want others to experience that same incredible feeling. I run two weekly groups and Iʼd love to help you achieve your weight loss dreams.
