Hi! I’m Kat, a mum of twins and professional singer across the North West! I’m so passionate about Food Optimising because it gave me back my life! It gave me the confidence to book my wedding and made me a better mum. In September 2021 I finally got married after losing 5.5 stone and reaching my dream target weight!
