I decided to become a Consultant because Iʼm so passionate about Food Optimising – itʼs changed my life and now I love helping others to change theirs. I joined as a member after seeing a picture of myself as a bridesmaid. I was so unhappy with how I looked and I hit rock bottom. But it was the push to start my Slimming World journey... I embraced the plan immediately, and my confidence soared as the pounds dropped off. My groups really are fantastic, not just because of the fab weight losses my members achieve, but because of the support, encouragement and warmth they show each other every week.
