I know from experience that Slimming World works. I joined my local Slimming World group in February 2015; a time when I felt at my lowest point. I had tried multiple diets in the past, none of which had ever worked long term for me. The plan is simple to follow and the weekly meetings provided a level of support that kept me motivated and made weight loss fun. I have lost over 3 stones and gained more confidence and inspiration than I would have ever thought possible.
