I have lost 4 stone altogether. It’s taken time, and I’ve lost the weight, put it back on, and lost it again. I’ve gone from a clothes size 22 to a size 8-10. I’ve now been at my target weight for just over a year and I’ve managed to stay there by staying to group and joining in with the image therapy. And now becoming a Consultant myself, I’m pleased to be helping others reach their own goals, and to get to their own personal target. I’m passionate and caring, and I’d like nothing more than getting everyone to target. I run a lovely, friendly group, with lots of help and tips from fellow members, and recipe ideas. I have members who have lost 2 stone in 2 months, and that is incredible, it makes my job worthwhile.
