Claire at Bethel Methodist Church

I'm Claire, I'm 47 years old with 6 children and 2 grandchildren. I started my journey at 21 st 10 lbs. I have been on my journey for 2 years now and have lost 7st 6lb and plan on losing another stone before I hit target! I struggled with my health a lot at the start but now I'm ten times better. Following the Slimming World plan is so easy and stress-free. I love the new confident me and would love to help people to get to where they want to be. I now sea swim, enjoy walking with my family and dogs and enjoy life to the full, even the menopause doesn't get to me anymore. My life is enjoying the food I eat, feeling content with the treats I fit in and enjoy. I'd love to welcome you to my group.
