I joined Slimming World after having my daughter and gaining over 6 stones. Thankfully Food Optimising is so easy to follow with no weighing and measuring. The pounds melted away and the whole family can enjoy healthy, filling meals with the only restriction being our appetites! Two of my beautiful members made it through to the Essex Woman of the Year finals this year after losing 8 and 5½ stones - both in under a year!
