I joined Slimming World in 2020 after being extremely unhappy with my weight for many years and struggling to walk very far (I was looking at a knee replacement). I was amazed at how much lovely food I could enjoy and still lose weight, while never going hungry (and I'm a fussy eater!!). I became a Consultant to spread the joy and freedom that I have discovered. Food Optimising is amazing and means you can enjoy unlimited Free Foods that the whole family can enjoy, and no food is banned.
