I've always been fit and active, played sports as a child, then trained daily in the gym doing boxing, spin and HIIT classes as an adult. My eating habits were horrendous. So as my friend wouldn't stop nagging at me I finally went with her to her Slimming World club. Slimming world taught me that I could eat unlimited amounts of free food, never feel hungry and LOSE WEIGHT! I lost 3.5 stone and reached my target. The support and help I recieved was amazing. I wanted to spread the word so when a Consultant's position became available, my Consultant put me forward and I got the job. I now run groups at Albany Hall, Rock Ferry every Wednesday @ 9am, 11am, 5pm and 7pm. I have amazing members, who are achieving amazing weight losses.
