Claire at Oulton Community Centre

I joined a group in May 2009. I was at my heaviest and struggling with post natal depression and I felt lost. It took me 6 weeks to pluck up the courage to walk through the doors but I'm so glad I did. I went on to lose 3 stone and more importantly found me again. I've now been working as a Consultant and manager for Slimming World for 15 years and recently returned to Lowestoft where my Consultant role began. I'm now the Consultant at the Oulton group and I promise when you walk through the doors myself and the fabulous members already in group will give you a warm welcome.
