I joined Slimming World in January 2006 after a friend asked me what my New Year resolutions were for that year and then promptly told me they’d been the same every year! This was the year to change!   I joined Slimming World and lost a sensational 5½ stones, dropped 4 dress sizes and the more people noticed, the more it spurred me on. Life is just fantastic and I feel amazing! If I can do it, so can you.   My group is fantastic and they’re very friendly and supportive. They’re also quite noisy but we have fun and help each other along... come and see for yourself, what have you got to lose?
