I joined Slimming World in 2009 after being unhappy with my weight for many years. I was amazed how much lovely food I could enjoy and still lose weight, while never once going hungry. I have two groups, supporting nearly 300 members to achieve their weight loss dreams. Food Optimising is amazing and means you can enjoy unlimited Free Foods that the whole family can enjoy, and no food is banned. It would be lovely to meet you; you’ll receive a warm welcome and absolutely no humiliation.
