I joined Slimming World as a member in 2009 and in 6 months lost 4.5 stone, maintaining that weight since that time. Losing my weight has changed my life in ways I never dreamt possible and it can change yours, too. I feel healthier, happier and slimmer ...my newly achieved confidence has enabled me to help other slimmers and now am proud to have over 300 members across my 3 Groups.
