I joined Slimming World after spending 6 years in and out of a wheelchair, needing surgery to keep me walking. I just got bigger and bigger with each passing year and was so unhappy with myself. My confidence was at rock bottom, I hated going out and to console myself, I ate. Since I joined Slimming World, my life has been turned on its head. I lost 6 st in weight, got my confidence back and I'm now living life to the full. Losing weight by Food Optimising has given me the energy to play in the park with my granddaughter, join an exercise group and put real effort into it. The biggest change in my life has been becoming a Slimming World Consultant. I absolutely love my job and every member at our friendly group gets the warmest welcome.
