I joined Slimming World as I was feeling so low with the way I looked and felt about myself. Going through the doors of my group I was shaking and nervous, but I was soon made to feel welcome. I couldn’t wait to go home and start this new way of life! With the fantastic group support, I was soon on my way to a new fitter me. I had my ups and downs, but the group gave me tips and ideas to overcome these weeks and I left even more determined. Week after week, award after award, I enjoyed every path my Slimming World journey took. I would love to welcome you to one of my groups and get you started on the journey of a lifetime.
