I joined Slimming World in July 2015 as I was so unhappy. The smile on my face was false and I had trouble doing basic daily activities. I found a local group and made the brave move to join and, from that day, I never looked back. Food Optimising is definitely for me – it’s so flexible and generous. Some days were easy but I still had my challenges. However, with the group support I've lost more than 13st! I've maintained this for over 5 years now and my smile is finally real. I became a Consultant in January 2018. I now have three groups and I love watching members grow in confidence as they shrink in size. Supporting members through their individual journey all the way to their target is the best feeling ever.
