Mark at Heathfield Community Centre

Having started as a member of Slimming World in 2014 I discovered that I didn’t need to give up any of my favourite foods, I just needed to change the ways that they were cooked. I love being able to pass on this knowledge to members of my groups and having bags of fun along the way. Come along to any of the sessions and you’ll be made to feel welcome from the very start, and part of the gang before you know it Give me a call first if it will help and I’ll talk you through what will happen - even where to park!
