I first joined Slimming World in 2015 & went on to lose three stone. I found the plan easy to follow and never had to deny myself the foods I enjoyed. I became a Consultant to support others on their weight loss journeys & nothing gives me greater pleasure to see people achieving their dreams. I returned as a Consultant in December having had time away with family issues but am as passionate about Food Optimising as ever & absolutely know that being in group is the best place to get help, support & understanding to achieve those dreams. I am really looking forward to meeting new, returning & existing members in my group.
