After seeing a photo that my husband had taken of me and feeling so upset at the way I looked the following morning I went onto the Slimming World website to find a group that I could join and commit to every week. This was important for me as I’d previously joined Slimming World but hadn’t been able to commit to staying to group, which I felt played a big part in me giving in. This time had to be different and it absolutely was. I achieved my target in losing 4 stones 7Ibs in less than a year. I’m now a Slimming World Consultant and love helping others to discover the power of Food Optimising.
