Sian at Birchgrove Community Centre

My name is Sian and I have been a Consultant for Slimming World since November 2023. I first joined a group in St Thomas with Arlene in 2002 to get slimmer for my upcoming wedding. I have always enjoyed the versatility of Food Optimising as I love cooking and eating food :) It fits in with my family and lifestyle perfectly. After many attempts I finally reached my target of 3 stone loss in 2018 and have happily remained there for the last 6 years. I wanted to become a Consultant to help other people just like me who have a passion for food that needs a little controlling get to their happy place and stay there for life!
