Slimming World helped me turn my life around when I was overweight, in poor health and feeling worthless. Today, I'm unrecognisable to that person, having lost more than 50% of my body weight. I've learnt a lot about myself and I decided to train to become a Consultant so I could give back all that Slimming World has given me. As someone who's yo-yo dieted and avoided exercise for most of their life, I understand the psychology behind why we overeat. Armed with my training, knowledge and experience, I'm on a mission to help others to achieve their weight loss dreams and feel amazing. The journey may be short or it may be long but I promise it's achievable and I'll be with you every step of the way.
