I started struggling with my weight when I was 12. It affected my confidence and I avoided PE at all costs! I discovered Slimming World seven years ago, after my sister managed to lose an astonishing 7st. I had toddlers at the time, and was amazed by how much delicious food I could eat and how easily the plan fitted in with family meals. After just seven weeks, Iʼd lost a stone. I reached my 3½st weight loss goal in just over a year, in time for my 40th birthday. Now, I have a new-found confidence and zest for life and I love exercising. Since becoming a Consultant, Iʼve helped over 100 members achieve their targets and in 2019 and 2020, I was a semi-finalist in the Top Target Consultant competition.
