I joined Slimming World because I wanted to be a positive role model for my two children and also to be able to join in anything that they asked me to. Food Optimising has made a huge difference to us. I have lost 5.5 stones, my husband has lost weight and both my children are better educated to make the best choices for themselves. My Groups are very welcoming, friendly and extremely supportive. I have two Diamond members; these members have not only achieved their dream weight; they have maintained it for 12 months or more. We share fantastic ideas & tips for shopping, cooking and eating delicious, filling meals. You'll never go hungry or feel deprived.
