Trudi at Horley Town Football Club

I joined my local Slimming World group because I needed to be smaller. I was content with how I looked, but I had to check weight and size limits whenever I wanted to take my children to a theme park or other children’s activity like trampolining. I avoided places because of my size. Joining my local group changed everything. Within 6 months I’d lost 4 stone. Then I was chosen to run the 2024 London Marathon as part of the Slimming World Team. Then 7 stone later I became a Consultant myself. I love my new role. Inspiring and motivating others is a truly magical. I'd love to see you at my group.
