My groups are, fun and friendly and have a real family feel to them! We have members that have lost 7lb to get to their dream weight, but we also have members who have lost 8 stones and higher to reach their dream weight! Your target weight is completely up to you. Whatever your goal is, we will be right there behind you to make sure you achieve and maintain it. There's only love, care, inspiration, support and motivation in our Groups, with an incredible way to celebrate the achievements we have.
