My name is Carrie and I joined Slimming World to mainly support my husband on his weight loss journey. But WOW I loved Food Optimising and, over our first six weeks as part of the group, I lost a stone. I couldn't believe how easy it was to eat and prepare food that all of my family could eat, including my children. Before I joined Slimming World I was on medication for a hip issue. Now, with losing the weight, I am medication free! It is amazing how many members I have who have had health changing results from losing weight with our fabulous plan.
