Hi my name is Rachel, I have been a Slimming World member for 12 years and I have had the privilege of being a Consultant for 10 years and a Team Developer for 4 years. Slimming World is in my bones. I love Food Optimising, the way it fits into my family life, the gorgeous meals cooked and enjoyed by everyone, absolutely no need to cook different meals for anyone because its just real food. I pride myself on the fact that each and every member who walks through my group doors will feel welcome and supported.
